User-Initiated Cancellations:
- Users can’t cancel their participation in a quiz contest, once they participated in the contest & paid the entry fees.
Platform-Initiated Cancellations:
- The platform reserves the right to cancel a contest due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants.
- In such cases, the entry fee will be refunded in full to the user’s wallet.
Ineligible Participation:
- If a user is found ineligible to participate in the quiz contest as per the platform’s terms and conditions, their entry will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Technical Glitches:
- If a contest is disrupted due to technical issues from the platform’s side, a full refund of the entry fee will be provided to the participants.
- The platform is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side (e.g., internet connectivity issues). In this case no refund will be initiated to the participants.
Discrepancies in Results:
- If a user believes there has been an error in the result calculation or prize distribution, they must contact customer support within 24 hours of the contest's conclusion.
- If found valid, the platform will rectify the error and process the refund accordingly.
- Refunds will be credited to the user’s wallet within 24-48 hours after the cancellation or contest conclusion.
- Wallet refunds can be used for future contests or withdrawn as per the platform’s withdrawal policy.
- Refunds are only credited to the user’s wallet on the platform. No cash refunds or bank transfers will be initiated.
Partial Participation: If a user partially participates or misses parts of the contest, no refund will be provided.
Violation of Terms: Users found violating the platform’s terms and conditions or engaging in unfair practices will not be eligible for any refunds.
- The platform reserves the right to amend the Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
This policy is designed to be clear and fair, protecting both the user and the platform while ensuring smooth operations.
